Topics include:

Successful completion of the course will lead to an invitation to continue a disciplined practice.

For whom

  • Beginners

  • Those seeking a structured approach to learn meditation

  • Long-time practitioners who would like to refresh their practice.

(We have observed that currently many who participate are urban professionals, who are seeking to deepen their spiritual practice.)

How to apply

1.  Express interest in participation:

2.  All applicants will be notified only if they are accepted to the program.  Upon acceptance to the course, a tentative schedule will be provided.

3. Further information on participation will be sent to the participants.

(There must be a minimum of ten people for a course to be conducted, often creating a waitlist to reach the required numbers of participants.  Bringing five or more friends could reduce the waitlist duration for you.)

We reserve the right to review all applicants for the course, prior to giving approval for participation.
