Observance Day
On Full moon day each month, Dharma practitioners both monks and lay devotees renew their precepts to deepen their spiritual discipline.

A special program is organised in our Centre for these activities.
*Only regular meditators since 2023 can be accommodated. Please bear with us until the third floor Vihara is completed when everyone can be accommodated.
Meditation Day
Regular meditators (2023 and before) practice full day meditation retreat every week. The day involves long meditation sittings from morning 5:00 to evening 6:00. The day is spent in silence and higher precepts.
*Exclusive for meditation practitioners with NT, NRW or SkF for more than five years, seven retreats conducted by NRW or SkF. Or if completed Right From the Start course.
