Beginning Your Practice
There are three pathways for beginning meditation. Whether you are new to meditation or have practised before, each pathway provides an appropriate foundation for continued training and development.

Right from the Start (RFS)
Build a strong foundation through a structured introductory meditation programme. The Right from the Start (RFS) programme has provided the foundation of meditation training since 2010. It introduces the essential principles and practices of meditation in a systematic and practical way. Depending on where you reside, the programme is available both in person and online. Upon completion, practitioners may be invited to join an appropriate weekly meditation class and continue developing their practice through regular guidance.
Beginner Meditation Retreat
Experience meditation through silence, personal guidance, and direct practice. The Beginner Retreat is a five to seven-day residential silent retreat designed for those new to meditation. Through alternating sessions of sitting and walking meditation, supported by carefully selected Dhamma teachings, participants learn the foundations of meditation in a structured environment. Personal guidance is provided throughout the retreat to help each yogi establish a sound and sustainable practice.
Personal Meditation Consultation
For experienced meditators seeking guidance on continuing their practice. Those with previous meditation experience may arrange a Personal Meditation Consultation with the Teacher. This one-to-one consultation provides an opportunity to discuss previous practice, clarify present understanding, and determine the most appropriate pathway for continuing meditation training.
